We have just 11 days before we get on a plane headed for New Zealand — and as of a few minutes ago, we’ve booked our first hotel! They won’t all be this nice, but considering we will be disoriented coming off of a long overnight flight, it seemed like a nice fit. Even a upper-end hotel like this one is about $50-$60 USD per night.
