A few weeks ago we made corn dogs from scratch (or at least mostly from scratch — we didn’t make the hot dogs) and boy were they good! We had to make mini corn dogs since we only have a little fryer, but they tasted delicious. Dan and I were teasing that it made us feel like we were eating a school lunch, but I must say I think ours were much better.
